(CRM ) Customer relationship management System एक Software है। जो किसी व्यापार में ग्राहक सेवा को बेहतर बनाने और उससे अच्छे संबंध बनाने और बेहतर प्रबंधन के लिए डिज़ाइन किया गया है। 

आज, हालांकि, यह एक संपूर्ण व्यापार रणनीति से संबंधित है। CRM सॉफ्टवेयर आपकी बिक्री, विपणन और ग्राहक सहायता गतिविधियों को एक साथ लाने के लिए एक सहायक के रूप में कार्य करता है, और आपकी प्रक्रिया, नीति और लोगों को एक मंच में सुव्यवस्थित करता है। CRM का उद्देश्य Customer relationship का निर्माण करना और ठीक से Manage करना ही है।

CRM अपने सॉफ्टवेयर के जरिए ग्राहक के डेटा रख लेता है, जिसमें आपका नाम , आपका पता, मोबाइल नंबर, इत्यादि रहता है । लेकिन क्यों रखता है और इससे क्या फायदे है बिज़नेस के लिए ? इसको हम उदाहरण से समझते है। 

मान लीजिये आप अपने बाइक सर्विस कराने सर्विस सेंटर में ले जाते है और सर्विस मैनेजर आपका बुक देखते ही कुछ ही मिंट में बता देता है की बाइक की कौन सी सर्विस हुआ है और कितना बाकि है इत्यादि। इतना ही नहीं आप अगर समय रहते सर्विस कराने नहीं पहुंचते है तो आपको reminder कॉल भी सर्विस वालो का आ जाता है। ये सब जानकारी उसको CRM सॉफ्टवेयर के जरिए ही मिल पाता है। 

पहले जब CRM जैसा सॉफ्टवेयर नहीं होता था तो ग्राहक का डेटा रजिस्टर या कंप्यूटर के excel sheet मेंरखा जाता था लेकिन यहाँ ठीक से Manage नहीं हो पाता था क्यों की रजिस्टर में इतना सारा डेटा को खोजने में बहुत समय लगता था या और भी बहुत सी प्रॉब्लम होती थी जैसे : रजिस्टर का खो जाना , excel sheet delete हो जाना इत्यादि। 

आज भी जिसके पास CRM सॉफ्टवेयर नहीं है वो एक पर्ची या रजिस्टर में लिख लेता है लेकिन मुझे नहीं लगता है वो जरुरत पड़ने पर मिलता होगा। खैर आजकल छोटे छोटे बिज़नेस को चलाने के लिए बहुत से सॉफ्टवेयर उपलब्ध है जिसमें से कुछ फ्री भी है आगे आने वाला ब्लॉग में आपलोग पढ़ेंगे।  

दूसरे उदाहरण से समझते है मान लीजिए आप आपने एक मोबाइल स्टोर से मोबाइल ख़रीदा और एक महीने में ख़राब हो गया और आप रिपेयर कराने आप मोबाइल स्टोर में जाते है और वहाँ आपको बोल दिया जाए की ये हमारे स्टोर का नहीं है हम आपको नहीं जानते है तो क्या आप उस स्टोर या  शोरूम में दोबारा जायँगे कभी कुछ खरीदने नहीं जायँगे मतलब आपका और उसका संबध ख़राब हो जायगा । 

दूसरी तरफ अगर आप CRM बेस दुकान या स्टोर से कुछ खरीदते है तो आपको हर एक या दो दिनों में आपको मैसेज भेजता है जिससे आपको स्टोर या शोरूम का नाम और ऑफर ध्यान रहता है और दूसरी बार भी आप कोसिस करते है की हम वही जाएं। कुल मिलाकर (CRMS) Customer relationship management system और software  बिज़नेस के लिए बहुत उपयोगी है।  

CRM सॉफ्टवेयर का उपयोग किसी भी प्रकार और आकार की बिज़नेस में उपयोग की जा सकती है और ग्राहक की आवश्यकताओं को पूरा करने के लिए आसानी से अनुकूलित किया जा सकता है। 

स्टार्ट-अप की अगर बात करे तो रियल एस्टेट, हेल्थकेयर, एजेंसी, शोरूम, बीमा, कानूनी, मीडिया, रेस्तरां, यात्रा, बैंकिंग, कर, फ्रीलांसर, और गैर-मुनाफे जैसे सभी ग्राहक अपनी बिक्री, विपणन बढ़ाने के लिए CRM सॉफ्टवेयर का उपयोग करते हैं। और ग्राहक को साहायता करने का प्रयास करते है।
